**Please note that all of our candle vessels are straight sided. In some photos they may appear to be slightly curved due to camera angles.

   Candle Care: Always burn candles within sight. Keep them away from flammable objects, children, and pets. Before lighting, trim the wick down to 1/4 inch. Keep the candle free from foreign objects including the wick trimmings and matches etc. Burn the candle on a fire resistant, level surface. Burn the candle for no more than 4 hours at a time and trim wick down to 1/4 inch before relighting. Discontinue burning the candle after only 1/4 inch of wax remains in the vessel. Do not blow on the candle to extinguish it. Cover it with a non-flammable small plate or similar non-flammable object to put out the flame. Do not pick up or move the candle after lighting it, because the vessel can be hot to the touch and the wax pool can spill if caution is not exercised. Wait until after the candle is extinguished and the wax has solidified to move the candle. Following these procedures can allow you to enjoy many safe hours of burn time.

   Custom Orders: If you are looking to create a custom holiday candle gift for the employees of your small business or you are just in search of a particular fragrance, or maybe something else, we may be able to accommodate you. Specialty orders require several weeks to a month to fulfill because fragrance candles take time to cure properly, and if you would like custom labels for your candles, this can also take extra time. Shipping in Hot Weather:   

Soy wax is soft wax and will start to melt when exposed to hot temperatures for any extended time period. Your candles can be affected by these hot temperatures of 85 to 90 degrees or higher during shipping. Mail trucks are not air conditioned. To limit the risk of shipping in hot weather, we will use ice packs that will help control the temperature for up to two days. Shipping requiring more than two days in transit is more of a risk, so orders during times when these conditions exist will be limited to expedited shipping services only. This will limit and hopefully eliminate the possibility of melting. If your candle has obviously melted during shipping, you will have the opportunity to return it to us for a replacement candle.
